Key Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures and system malfunctions. Repair and replace defective parts components or systems in production machinery. Install test and commission new manufacturing equipment and upgrades. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols lockout/tagout procedures and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed parts used and equipment status. Conduct adjustments and calibrations to optimize machine performance and product quality. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial mechanical systems (hydraulics pneumatics power transmission). Demonstrated experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs in a manufacturing environment. Ability to accurately read and interpret technical schematics blueprints and equipment manuals. Strong understanding and strict adherence to industrial safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Experience with common machine shop tools and basic fabrication techniques (welding cutting). Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC troubleshooting and minor programming. Proficiency in welding and basic fabrication. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Experience maintaining robotic systems or automated production lines.
