Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical malfunctions in production machinery and systems. Execute repairs overhauls and replacements of faulty components to restore equipment functionality. Install assemble and commission new machinery and production lines. Conduct precision adjustments and calibrations to ensure optimal equipment performance and product quality. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities repairs and parts inventory. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols quality standards and environmental regulations. Recommended Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and basic electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints schematics and maintenance manuals. Strong adherence to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Vocational training or an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field. Bonus Qualifications Experience with automated manufacturing systems robotics or PLCs. Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Welding and light fabrication skills. Certification or experience with advanced diagnostic tools (e.g. vibration analysis thermal imaging). Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodology experience.
