Tubing Mechanic

We are seeking a dedicated Tubing Mechanic to join our team, working a regular shift from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential overtime extending to 4:40 PM. This role involves laying out stainless steel tubing runs to fit compressor package connections accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lay out stainless steel tubing runs to fit compressor package connections accurately.
• Cut tubing to required lengths using hand tools.
• Bead, burr, flare, and deburr tubing to ensure proper fit and finish.
• Bend tubing by hand using bending tools to meet required routing specifications.
• Install tubing onto compressor packages using appropriate fittings and secure as required.
• Inspect and verify all tubing connections for accuracy and quality.
• Perform air testing on all tubing runs to confirm integrity and leak-free performance.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and assembly documentation closely.
• Work alongside assembly and mechanical teams during training and ramp-up.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
