Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMECHANICAL ENGINEER - EIT/PE - PIPE STRESS ANAYSIS - URGENT NEED!!JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform Pipe Stress Analysis utilizing software such as CAESAR II, NozzlePro, etc.Work with the project team to design a cohesive, technically acceptable, and optimized piping system.Perform detailed reviews of piping isometrics, piping plans, pipe specifications, P&IDs, and other design documentsConfirm and review applicable codes and standards such as, but not limited to, the IBC, ASME, API, PIP and NFPA.Establish and document the mechanical systems basis of design and in doing so provide clarification, qualifications and design assumptions regarding relevant design issues.Develop scopes of work based on RFPs and pre-bid meetings with clients.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from ABET accredited program required.5+ years industry experience.Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain your PE within the first year of employment.Experience with Design/Build and EPC projects.Experience leading teams of engineers on design projects.Client projects for this position require U.S. Citizenship.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONSPipe stress analysis experience utilizing software such as CAESAR II.Significant experience designing and installing retrofits and upgrades at manufacturing, industrial, and shipbuilding facilities.HVAC and plumbing design for industrial facilities.Knowledge of ASME B31.3 and B31.1, ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel codes, PIP and API codes.Experience in managing personnel and project engineering.#libertyjobs#midsenior#consultingengineering#HVACKeywords: REVIT, Autocad, CAESAR II, EPC, P.E., EIT, design, consulting, Design/Build, HVAC Design, Pipe Stress Analysis, plumbing, industrial, ASME, B31.1, Pressure Vessel, PIP, API, codes, NozzlePro, 3D Modeling, ASME, IBC, API, PIP, NFPA, Mechanical Design, Energy, manufacturing, Company DescriptionLibertyjobs.com has become an essential destination site for experienced job seekers.
