We are looking for a driven Mechanical Engineer with 2-7 years' experience who is ready to take ownership of meaningful design work, collaborate with our senior engineering team and take advantage of our structured growth plan. The Impact You Will Make Design Excellence: Design HVAC systems from initial concept through construction, utilizing Revit and other software programs. Technical Leadership: Perform critical engineering calculations (TRACE/HAP) and equipment selection that define system performance. Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact for architects, structural teams, and clients, ensuring seamless integration across disciplines. Field Engagement: Move beyond the desk with site observations, submittal reviews, and RFI management to see your designs come to life. What You Bring to the Team Experience: 2-7 years in HVAC design engineering (AEC industry preferred). Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Revit and load calculation software. Experience with basic systems.
