Your ResponsibilityIn this role, you will manage equipment and plant process projects to support the overall success of the plant. You will lead and support the development of equipment and process innovations to drive productivity. Additionally, you will be instrumental in the development of new products to expand the Company’s portfolio of products to its customers. What We are Seeking- BS in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferably in the plastics industry. - A history of successful Project Management skills resulting in on-time commissioning and with budget.- A strong understanding and implementation of Lean Manufacturing Principles.- Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence skills centered around building relationships and respect at all levels of the organization. - A strong mind-set towards safe work practices and environmental compliance.
