Mechanical Pressure Vessels Engineer at Noblesoft Technologies

Job Title: Mechanical Pressure Vessels Engineer Location: Mesa AZ Technical / Soft Skills: 3D CAD drafting standards Pressure vessel or HVAC equipment design ASME codes JD: Design pressure vessels headers and heat exchanger shells for HVAC systems using ASME Section VIII and related standards. Prepare detailed 3D models and fabrication drawings in CAD software SolidWorks. Conduct stress analysis and thickness calculations (Hand calculations) based on internal/external pressure temperature and material properties. Collaborate with process engineers to optimize thermal and mechanical performance. Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with procurement and fabrication teams. Review vendor designs and ensure compliance with specifications and safety codes. Support product cost estimation weight analysis and design-to-manufacturing initiatives. Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement programs.
