The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management, with a passion for delivering successful projects to clients. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfactionConduct site visits and collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop solutions that meet their needsCreate detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are metCoordinate with internal team members and external contractors to ensure smooth project executionConduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulationsPrepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reportsPerform calculations and analysis to support project design and decision-makingConduct quality control checks to ensure project deliverables meet quality standardsProvide regular project updates to clients and address any issues or concerns that ariseParticipate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentationsMentor and train junior engineers and provide guidance and support as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management, preferably in a consulting environmentProfessional Engineering (PE) license preferredStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyIn-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practicesProficiency in AutoCAD and other design softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members at all levelsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to travel to project sites as neededExperience in HVAC, plumbing, and/or fire protection design is requiredWe Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and advancementA collaborative and supportive work environmentChallenging and diverse projectsIf you are a driven and talented Mechanical Project Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career with a dynamic company, we encourage you to apply for this position.
