Journeyman Plumber – Commercial ConstructionLocations: Alabama • Florida Panhandle • South Georgia Pay: $25–$32/hr + $100 Per Diem (select locations)We are actively seeking skilled Journeyman Plumbers with extensive experience in commercial, residential, and government projects. This position offers competitive pay, steady work across multiple regions, and the opportunity to work on high-profile commercial construction jobs along the Gulf Coast and South Georgia.Position SummaryAs a Journeyman Plumber, you will be responsible for installing and supporting plumbing systems on large-scale commercial construction projects. You will work with a variety of piping materials, read and interpret complex blueprints, and ensure all installations meet project specifications and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform full-scope commercial plumbing installations including underground/rough-ins, stack-outs, and trim-outs.Install hangers and supports for piping systems including water, gas, compressed air, medical gas, and other specialty systems.Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications for each project.Work with copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other approved piping materials.Set and install grease traps, decontamination tanks, oil and lint interceptors, utility hookups, and related components.Direct the work of helpers or apprentices as needed.Operate equipment, ladders, and man lifts safely at varying heights.Requirements10+ years of commercial plumbing experienceJourneyman Plumbing License (preferred)Medical Gas Certification (REQUIRED)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawingsMust possess hand tools and trade-specific toolsOSHA 10 (company can provide if needed)Ability to stand, bend, squat, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbsMust be able to work at heights using man lifts or laddersAbility to pass:Full background checkDrug screeningPhysical ability testWillingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel throughout the Gulf Coast and South Georgia as requiredGeneral ExpectationsStrong work ethic and commitment to safetyReliable transportationProfessional communication and ability to work within a teamComprehensive BenefitsCompetitive pay with incentivesMedical, Vision, and Dental insurance
