OVERVIEW:As a Paid Search Media Supervisor you will report directly to an Associate Media Director on the account and will be responsible for the search strategy account management ideation and innovation of testing team management and overall performance of the account. You will lead the creation and management of Search campaigns across Google and Microsoft.Ideal candidates are passionate about the evolving world of digital marketing. Candidates should have a strong background and interest in emerging trends across marketing platforms and recognize the impact of digital marketing in an overall marketing strategy.RESPONSIBILITIES:Leads day-to-day management of campaigns optimizations and reporting to ensure optimal performance and business objectives are metAdheres to processes quality assurance protocols and best practices. Introduces improvements and evolves existing practices as necessaryDevelops and fosters relationships across internal Search team the larger media planning team and clientsSolves client challenges through successful campaign management and by staying on top of industry trends and best practicesAids in strategic development and leads execution for complex marketing tactics such as bid strategy frameworks new automated campaign types ad copy testing KPI forecasting advertising effectiveness media mix modeling and conversion attribution analysisRefresh and manage campaigns audience strategy as it relates to campaign goals and objectivesWorks collaboratively and fosters a positive team mentalityDay-to-day contact with platform repsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree in marketing advertising mathematics statistics or similar analytical fieldExceptional knowledge of Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables XLOOKUPs nested IF statements)4-6 years of Paid Search experience required1-2 years of management experienceStrong understanding of various bidding methodologies and automated solutionsUnderstanding of 1st 2nd and 3rd-party data usage and opportunitiesExcellent organizational communication and analytical skills with strong attention to detailSA360 Google Ads and Microsoft Ads experience requiredNavigation and interpretation of Google Analytics is a plusKnowledge of statistical methods and testing methodology are preferred#LI-HYBRIDRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Corporate Relationship,Business Administration,J Plus Plus,LNG,Accident Investigation,ACCA Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
