About the RoleSole Hire LLC is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant professional to serve as a full-time Medical Assistant Instructor for our client Stautzenberger College. This position delivers classroom laboratory and clinical instruction for the Medical Assistant program and plays a key role in supporting student learning retention and career preparation.Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality lecture lab and clinical instruction following established curriculum and course outlines Create and maintain detailed lesson plans and accurate grading records Provide timely feedback on assignments (within 48 hours) Monitor and document student attendance academic performance and retention Hold regular office hours and provide academic support as needed Participate in required faculty meetings trainings and professional development Maintain lab equipment supplies and instructional materials Advise students on academic performance program expectations and policies Foster a positive student-centered learning environment that supports successRequirementsQualifications Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as a Medical Assistant (required) CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) credential required Completion of an approved registered nursing education program Strong communication professionalism and interpersonal skills Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current in the field Prior teaching or training experience preferred but not requiredEqual Opportunity StatementSole Hire LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/M/F/D/V/SO).BenefitsNote to candidate: Please note this is an adjunct teaching opportunity.
