We pride ourselves on patient-centered care, team environment, and community collaboration. We are expanding and looking for 2-3 dedicated Medical Assistants to join our team.
What You’ll Do:

- The Communicator: Manage patient calls (relaying info, medications refill requests, prior authorizations for medications or specialty testing), patient education, and relaying any changes to the scheduling office regarding scheduling conflicts or changes.
- The Organizer: Sanitizing and restocking exam rooms at high speed between patients, tracking medical supplies (vaccines, gauze, lidocaine) so the office is not at risk of running out, overall schedule management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certification: High school diploma/GED and completion of a Medical Assistant program (CMA or RMA preferred).
- Skills: Strong phlebotomy skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with WORD, EXCEL, and basic office software.
- Soft Skills: A "patient-first" attitude, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a team-player mentality.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
- Pay & Benefits: Salary is based on experience. Paid vacation, holidays, Health/Dental/Vision, retirement fund, and help with tuition for continued medical education.
- Work-Hours: Currently Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
- Growth: For the right candidate this could turn into a Lead MA role. We are currently restructuring and looking for 2-3 full-time individuals. A $500-$1000 bonus is offered after 6 months of successful employment.
- Environment: This is a family-oriented team where the goal is to focus on quality care instead of navigating office politics. When things become hectic, we don’t panic, we all jump in and help without question.
