Role Overview

Cultured Wellness is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support our functional medicine and wellness programs. This role works directly with providers to deliver high-quality, protocol-driven patient care in a structured and fast-paced clinical environment.

The Medical Assistant at Cultured Wellness is a critical clinical execution seat within the Culture Collective ecosystem. This role exists to ensure wellness programs, treatment plans, and clinical protocols are delivered safely, consistently, and in full alignment with our standards.

You are not just “rooming patients.” You are protecting patient outcomes, clinical efficiency, and the integrity of our care model.

We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Clinical room readiness
• Patient intake and flow
• Perform venipuncture and process lab specimens
• Administer injections within scope
• Assist with IV therapy setup and monitoring
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supply inventory
• Execution support with scheduling and patient coordination in accordance with Cultured Wellness programs 
• Reinforce treatment plans and patient education
• Document patient encounters accurately in EMR
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards

Qualifications

• Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA preferred)
• 1+ years of clinical experience required
• Proficiency in venipuncture and injections
• EMR experience required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a structured, team-based environment

Preferred:

• Experience in hormone therapy, IV therapy, dermatology, or medical weight loss

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
