Your Role:
As a valued member of our allergy team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and building lasting relationships with patients.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct safe, accurate allergy testing
- Administer immunotherapy injections, following the Six Rights of Medication Administration
- Document patient care promptly and accurately
- Prepare allergy serums
- Monitor patient compliance and provide education
- Collaborate with physicians and advocate for patients
- Support the billing process as needed
Who We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN in a clinical setting
- CMA or LPN certification preferred
- BLS certification (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our Oshkosh clinic
(Primary location: Appleton & Neenah) - Full-time (36–40 hours/week)
