Job Summary: As a Medical Assistant / TMS Administrator, you will be responsible for administering TMS therapy to patients with various mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, and OCD. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized treatment plans and ensure the safety and well-being of our patients throughout their TMS therapy sessions. Responsibilities: Conduct initial patient assessments to determine suitability for TMS therapyDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.Perform TMS therapy sessions according to established protocols and safety standardsMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryDocument patient responses and treatment outcomes accurately and comprehensivelyCollaborate with psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomesEducate patients and their families about TMS therapy and answer any questions or concerns they may haveMaintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient careIdeal Candidate: Certified Medical Assistant - RequiredCertification or training in TMS administration preferred but willing to train the right candidateEHR (Athena) experience highly preferredPrevious experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with individuals experiencing mental health disordersStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamEmpathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help othersWillingness to undergo background checks and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and licensure requirements
