Medical Assistant – Dermatology (Temp-to-Hire) | The Woodlands, TX

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant with dermatology experience to join a fast-paced, patient-focused clinical team in The Woodlands area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and the opportunity to grow within a highly collaborative practice.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: The Woodlands, TX 77385
• Start Date: ASAP
• Travel:
• Sugar Land – once every other month
• Brenham – every Tuesday

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist providers with general and cosmetic dermatology procedures
• Support Mohs surgery and other surgical procedures
• Administer injections and medications as directed
• Perform instrument sterilization and maintain exam room readiness
• Document patient care accurately within the EHR system

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent dermatology Medical Assistant experience
• Experience in general and cosmetic dermatology
• Mohs surgery experience highly preferred
• Comfortable in a high-volume clinical and surgical environment
• Experience with EMA EHR preferred (eClinical experience acceptable)
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Strong communication skills and excellent bedside manner
