Field Nurse Case Manager

This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a growing Case Management Company, which allows the nurse a lot more autonomy with their caseload, with the ability to earn a bonus. We are looking for highly skilled, self-motivated registered nurses (RNs) with experience in workers’ compensation nurse case management. Field Case Managers evaluate, meet, and coordinate medical care with injured workers, treating providers, therapists, employers, and insurance carriers for results that make a difference.

Home-Based, Field Position. 80-85% in the field, with 15-20% at your home office.

Requirements:

• CA Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous Workers' Compensation Case Management experience REQUIRED
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite effectively (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• CCM, COHN, CDMS, or CRRN preferred
