Atlantic Health System is Seeking a Full-Time Medical Director for Hospice in Morristown, New JerseyAtlantic Health System, a prominent non-profit healthcare network in New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated full-time Hospice Medical Director for an in-person position with the Atlantic Hospice Care Program.  The Medical Director will provide leadership, expertise, and administrative oversight and will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients and families. The Medical Director would also assume the responsibility of attending physician, as needed. Responsibilities include providing supervision to Assistant Medical Directors, ensuring continuous physician coverage, collaborating with hospice management to develop policies and standards of care, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings. Additionally, the Medical Director will review patient eligibility, provide certification for services, and assist in the development of individualized care plans.
