What We’re Looking For:
- A
compassionate, client-focused DVM with strong communication skills
- Passion
for leadership, mentorship, and team development
- Clinical
interests in surgery, dentistry, and/or internal medicine
- A
collaborative leader who values teamwork and culture
- 2+
years of management or leadership experience (formal or informal)
