Primary Care Physician – Mission-Driven Role

💰 $222,445 – $370,741 + Full Benefits

We’re partnering with a mission-centered outpatient organization dedicated to serving individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, substance use disorders, and complex chronic conditions.

This is more than traditional primary care — it’s an opportunity to deliver whole-person medicine in a true safety-net environment while stepping into clinical leadership.

What You’ll Do

✔ Serve as Primary Care Physician within a patient-centered medical home

✔ Manage acute & chronic conditions in a high-need population

✔ Maintain 22 patients/day with 48-hour documentation standard

✔ Perform in-office procedures (I&D, arthrocentesis, skin biopsy, cryotherapy, etc.)

✔ Supervise Advanced Practice Providers

✔ Support clinical benchmarks (HEDIS, UDS, STAR)

✔ Participate in periodic on-call rotation

Qualifications

Required:

• Active California Medical License

• BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• DEA License

• BLS Certification

Preferred:

• Bilingual Spanish

• Experience in FQHC or safety-net settings

• Comfort with high-acuity outpatient populations
