A well-established non-profit FQHC in San Bernardino is seeking an OBGYN Physician (MD/DO) to support women’s health services across a diverse and underserved community. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity ideal for a provider looking for meaningful work with schedule balance.

Schedule & Compensation

• Flexible schedule: 2 days per week
• Clinic hours vary (weekday + some Saturday coverage)
• Compensation: $300,000–$350,000 annually (prorated based on schedule)

About the Role

This is a predominantly outpatient OBGYN role providing comprehensive women’s health services in a community-based setting. Care is delivered across a mix of:

• Traditional clinic locations
• Mobile clinics
• School-based health centers

There is also potential for telehealth involvement, depending on interest and clinic needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide comprehensive OBGYN care
• Support preventive care, reproductive health, and continuity of care
• Engage with a collaborative, mission-driven care team
• Optionally participate in community outreach initiatives

What They’re Looking For

• MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active California Medical License and DEA
• BLS & PALS certifications
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred (not required)
• Prior experience in outpatient or community health settings is a plus
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks helpful, but not required
