OverviewMedical Front Office - Patient Service SpecialistGlendora CaliforniaLooking for a friendly and outgoing person to perform front office duties and be the first point of contact for patients needing Physical Therapy services. The front office handles phones scheduling insurance verification and running end of day reports.Job DescriptionWhen patients enter our centers we want them to have an exceptional experience starting at the front desk. Thats where you come in. As a patient service specialist youll manage both the patient side and business side of our center. The front desk is your station to be a patient advocate communicate with individuals via email and phone manage patient payments and utilize multiple computer programs. Dont underestimate the impact you can make on every patients care experience even before they leave the waiting room.Schedule:Center Location: 750 W.
