Your responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely laboratory results maintaining strict adherence to healthcare standards like Joint Commission and CLIA and operating complex lab equipment with precision. The role demands effective communication with healthcare professionals to relay critical data and discuss patient needs. You will also support aspects of quality control calibration and troubleshooting within the lab environment.
