A bit about us:

We are looking for an associate with 5 to 8 years of medical malpractice experience for its Peoria office. An exceptional candidate would have experience in all aspects of litigation, including completing written discovery, researching and drafting motions, taking depositions, and assisting with trial preparation while demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction.

Job Details

5-8 years of medical malpractice defense experience for the firm's Peoria office

Experience handling all aspects of litigation, from case inception through trial preparation

Skilled in written discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories and document requests

Strong legal research and motion drafting abilities

Experience taking and defending depositions

Ability to assist with and prepare for trial, including case strategy and evidentiary preparation

Demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent client service and client satisfaction
