This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Medical Oncologist to join a patient-focused cancer care team. With access to advanced therapies, clinical trials, and comprehensive patient support services, this role provides the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive medical oncology and hematology care to a diverse patient population.Collaborate with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, imaging centers, laboratories, and hospital partners to ensure coordinated patient care.Participate in and support clinical research trials, offering patients access to novel cancer therapies.Supervise and engage with clinical staff, fostering a culture of compassion, professionalism, and excellence in care delivery.Contribute to organizational initiatives that enhance patient services, practice growth, and physician development. Qualifications & ExperienceBoard-certified or board-eligible in Medical Oncology and Hematology.Active California medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).Strong clinical background in oncology with demonstrated expertise in patient-centered care.Interest in clinical trial participation, research, or medical education is preferred. Key Competencies & AttributesCompassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and colleagues.Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.Ability to thrive in a collaborative, community-based clinical environment. Work Environment & BenefitsCommunity-based cancer clinic with a strong referral network and supportive care team.On-site infusion center, in-house chemotherapy lab, and genetic testing services.Competitive guaranteed base salary of $700,000 for the first three years (five-day, 8 AM – 5 PM schedule).Performance-based incentives through a wRVU structure.Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, CME allowance with paid CME time, retirement plan (401k), and 20 days of paid time off annually. Compensation Information:$650000.00 / Annually - $850000.00 / AnnuallyDetails:Performance-based compensation based on wRVU structure if you see more patients.
