We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Records Clerk to join our team at Logan Correctional Centerlocated in Lincoln Illinois.The Medical Records Clerk maintains offender health records retrieves health records for scheduled appointments files offender health data initiates records for new or transferred intakes.
