Medical Social Worker (LICSW)Announcement #317691Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an on call per diem Medical Social Worker to join our Emergency Department this role you will deliver short-term services to support patients and families in managing personal financial psychosocial and environmental challenges related to the patients medical or psychiatric conditions by connecting them with valuable community resources. Our Emergency Department and Case Management team are collaborative groups committed to serving our patients and community.
