If that’s you, we want to meet you.About the RoleAs an Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role in keeping our operation running with accuracy, consistency, and discipline. You’ll execute structured playbooks, manage client-facing systems, and flag edge cases, all while keeping meticulous records.This is a high-trust, precision-driven position ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, takes pride in operational excellence, and finds satisfaction in completing tasks with care and consistency. You’ll be required to travel locally on a daily basis, so access to reliable transportation is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute SOPs and task checklists with high attention to detail and operational disciplineManage real-time workflows, resolve edge cases, and escalate issues as neededLog detailed records of all actions and outcomes to maintain transparency and traceabilityMonitor accounts, balances, and platform statuses pre- and post-executionTroubleshoot minor technical issues and assist with onboarding or setup tasks for new accounts or toolsComplete field-based tasks involving physical systems, identity verifications, or client-specific operations (local travel required)RequirementsDetail-Driven & Conscientious: You care deeply about the little things.
