Medication Aide (725) at Trinity Health

Administers medications under the direction of an RN or LPN. Knowledge of medications and their procedures to ensure safe administration. Requires numerical ability and clerical perception. Follows the 5 rights of medication administration to ensure accurate and timely administration of medications. May be asked to work as CNA to assist when needed.
