Our EHR Consultants come with a wide variety of experience leveraging their leadership and technical expertise to help our clients enhance their EHR platform to improve care delivery patient outcomes and profitability.As the Interim Director of Clinical Systems & Informatics you will:Serve as interim leadership providing oversight of Meditech Client/Server Athena One and Clinical Informatics initiativesLeverage technical and clinical expertise in system administration clinical workflows data integrity and strategic alignment of health IT systems to ensure alignment with organizational priorities regulatory changes and value-based care initiativesLead clinical informatics efforts to optimize workflows improve user adoption standardized order sets documentation templates and data dictionariesCollaborate with cross functional teams to ensure system usability and compliancePartner with Finance Quality and Operations teams to develop analytics and reporting that support performance improvementRequirements:Bachelors degree in Information Systems Health Informatics or related field; Advanced degree a plus7 years of leadership experience in healthcare IT overseeing EHR systems and implementationsPrevious experience and knowledge of Meditech Client/Server and Athena OneExpertise in clinical informatics workflow design and healthcare regulatory requirementsWillingness to travel to client site 3 days per week depending on organizational needsAuthorization to work in the United StatesPosition LevelAssociateCountryUnited States of AmericaRequired Experience:Director Key Skills Crisis Management,Marketing,Public Relations,Fundraising,Media Relations,Constant Contact,Strategic Planning,Social Media Management,Team Management,Public Speaking,Wordpress,Writing Skills Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
