This position is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and operational execution of travel programs ensuring alignment with client objectives and desired outcomes. This is a part time temporary position to support seasonal volumes.Role Duration:Start Date:March 2nd 2026End Date:Mid July 2026Work Hours Overview:March:50 hoursApril:50 hoursMay:110 hoursJune:80 hoursLocation:Hybrid (Fenton MO):St. Louis - based candidates are expected to work2 days per week in the officeand attend training in person.What Youll Be Doing Lead project teams foster collaboration and assist in creating Scope of Work (SOW) and key deliverablesDevelop project timelines and budgets ensuring all details are managed effectivelyUtilize Maritz technology platforms and maintain detailed project documentationServe as the primary client contact maintaining open and proactive communicationOversee project teams to ensure quality and successful executionPrepare and monitor project budgets communicate financial updates and manage supplier paymentsFinalize billing with accounting and ensure financial accuracyWhat Youll Bring Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in hospitality event management or customer serviceStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesProficiency in MS Word Excel and ability to learn new technology toolsExperience maintaining budgets and developing client relationshipsNice To Have13 years of event planning or related experienceWorking Logistics & Things You Should KnowHybrid (Fenton MO): St. Louis - based candidates are required to work 2 day per week in the office and attend training in personOperations run on CSTDisclaimerThis job description is designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by associates within this classification.
