*Patient Access Representative* *Location:* Canoga Park, CA 91304*Job Type:* Contract*About the Role*Join our dynamic healthcare team as a *Patient Access Representative*, where you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to members and health plans. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.*Key Responsibilities** Manage a high volume of inbound calls (50+ per day) from members and health plans.* Provide outstanding customer service by resolving inquiries promptly and professionally.* Accurately document all interactions in compliance with company standards and HIPAA regulations.* Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks consistently.* Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and faxing as needed.*Required Qualifications** *Customer Service Skills:* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.* *Data Accuracy:* Strong attention to detail for precise data entry and record management.* *Healthcare Knowledge:* Familiarity with medical terminology and patient access processes.* *Industry Experience:* Previous experience in healthcare or insurance workflows preferred.* *Call Center Expertise:* Comfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced setting.*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Northridge, CA.*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
