Member Solutions Specialist- Part Time at Service One Credit Union

About the PositionWere looking for a detail-oriented Member Solutions Specialist to support a variety of transactional card services and risk-management this role youll help ensure accurate processing of member transactions support debit/credit card operations assist with the Premium Overdraft Program (POP) and provide excellent service to members and internal teams.What Youll DoProcess daily ACH RDC A2A and share draft files including exceptions and adjustmentsSupport debit and credit card platforms troubleshoot card issues and help prevent fraudReview new accounts overdrawn accounts and risk-related activityAssist with wire transfers levies garnishments and regulatory compliance tasksResearch and resolve account errors while maintaining confidentiality and accuracyWhat Were Looking ForAssociate degree or equivalent experience3 years of related experience (financial institution teller or card services strongly preferred)Strong analytical communication and customer service skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systemsWhy Join UsYoull be part of a collaborative team that supports our members and upholds our Credit Unions mission and values.
