Job Description

*Description* Provide offices with dedicated technology consultation and expertise to ensure maximum value from technology investments. Key to this role is building trusting relationships with end-users that empower them to achieve their operational goals. Leveraging sound judgment and decision-making, this self-starter must be able to prioritize engagements with office leadership and client stakeholder groups. Responsible for ensuring optimal technology configuration and driving technical product adoption by becoming a trusted advisor to field leaders and end-users, fostering success through championing client goals.*Responsibilities:** Leverage sound judgment and decision-making to advance technology transformation priorities at both corporate and local office levels.* Use knowledge of computers, mobile devices, hardware, software configurations, operating systems, and LAN to resolve technical issues and provide implementation support.* Provide technical support in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while multitasking (e.g., rebuilding a computer while working on a networking issue) and reprioritizing efforts as needed.* Communicate with management on potentially volatile situations and take ownership of issues.* Apply customer and engineering best practices to support software/hardware solutions to drive high availability and meet/exceed customer expectations.* Escalate and collaborate with technical support specialists and software/hardware vendors for issue resolution.* Frequently travel to local offices within the region to provide technical solutions to business issues.* Continuously increase proficiency and expertise in complex computer hardware and software technologies through ongoing education, advanced training, and study.* Instruct local office technology clients on optimal technology utilization both in-person and virtually.* Advocate for technology needs of end-users, proactively monitor technology-related business issues, and support cross-team engagement for resolution.* Develop relationships with Development, Infrastructure, Product, and Application Support stakeholders to deliver and improve effectiveness and efficiency.* Contribute to process/service improvement ideas to enhance the client experience, partnering with experienced team members for guidance where needed.* Manage vendors for third-party technology solutions and implementations.* Oversee project management of local technology implementations and upgrades, including communication and feedback to local and corporate leadership. *Skills* Desktop, Windows 10, Troubleshooting, Help Desk Support, Active Directory, Office 365, ServiceNow, Hardware, Printer Support, Mobile Device*Top Skills Details:*Desktop, Windows 10, Troubleshooting, Help Desk Support, Active Directory, Office 365, ServiceNow, Hardware, Printer Support, Mobile Device *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.* Minimum of 2 years of relevant technology support experience.* Advanced knowledge in computer and mobile device hardware/software troubleshooting, including proficiency in using support tools.* Strong customer service skills and excellent oral/written communication, with a professional image and ability to provide multi-channel support in a rapidly changing environment.* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, including sound judgment and decision-making skills.* High degree of initiative and motivation, with willingness to identify, drive, and implement process/service improvements and innovation.* Strong attention to detail, including proficiency in clear and understandable ticket documentation.* Ability to diffuse escalations and resolve complex issues.*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
