This position will be based out of Milpitas CA office. THE ROLE:We are seeking a Customer Service Membership Representative to assist with the Renewal of annual membership Retention & Recruitment (3Rs) of SEMI members. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with existing members while assisting in recruiting new members and addressing any membership-related inquiries.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Reach out to existing expired members Respond to Incoming member interest forms Set appointments for Director of Membership presentations to non-member companies that have attended recent SEMI Events Conduct check-in calls on near future expiring members.
