This role is focused on growing memberships, retaining currently members, and managing the studio independently. Be a part of a small team with big impacts!ResponsibilitiesGreet customers by name and with enthusiasm & provide consistent, top-notch customer servicePromote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio MembershipUnderstand and speak to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapySell/Upsell memberships in a commission-based atmosphereUse our software to manage appointments and make sales. MindBody software experience is a plus!Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcomeAdminister studio tours for new guestsAssist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna roomsMaintain and organize the facilitys towel supply areaQualificationsExcellent verbal and writen communiation skillsAbility to engage comfortably with customersReliable and punctual; must adhere to scheduled shifts consistentlyEnthusiastic about health, wellness, and benefits of sauna and red light therapyProactive and self-motivated; able to work independently as well as part of a teamExperience1 year customer service/retail1 year sales experienceShifts/Hours14-25 hours or 2-4 shifts a weekMust be generally available to work a Saturday and/or SundayThis would primarily be for Opening shifts, but I can offer cross-training for closing shifts which will allow for more shift hours.Opening shift: 6:40am to 1:00pmClosing Shift: 3 to 9 pm
