This fellow will help elevate the My Dodgers Member experience by combining best in class service with modern AI assisted communication. This fellowship is ideal for a service driven tech curious professional who enjoys writing clear friendly answers training AI assistants and turning member feedback into continuous improvement for the Membership platform Dodgers Rewards and related programs.Duties/Responsibilities:Answer and triage membership questions across channelsAssist with game day tasks such as helping with game day experiences.Work in Excel PowerPoint Salesforce CRM etc.Draft edit and structure intents FAQs guided flows and tooltips for the Membership Service Virtual Assistant.Provide overall team organizational and administrative support where necessaryProvide overall team organizational and administrative support where necessaryBasic Requirements/Qualifications:Organization attention to detail time management CRM management creativity critical thinking skills Ticket Sales:Possess strong organizational interpersonal and time management skillsAbility to communicate effectively and persuasivelyAbility to handle multiple tasks in an organized fashionAbility to work on computers for long periods of timeProactive and out of the box thinkingPassionate about working for a professional sports teamCurrent student with a graduation date of December 2025/January 2026 OR within one year post graduationGraduated from undergrad or graduate school with no more than a 2-year gap between undergraduate graduation and the start of graduate schoolMust be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 5-month program from March to August 2026Unrestricted authorization to work in the United StatesPassionate about working for a professional sports teamProactive and out of the box thinkingThis program consists of 80% in-department work 15% cross-functional project experience and 5% additional programming. Fellows collaborate on real business projects in small cross-functional groups while gaining hands-on department-specific experience under a dedicated manager.
