Were looking for an enthusiastic leader to create our food program in alignment with our hometown living philosophy.What Youll Do:Be A Resident Care Hero:Lead our food service team to provide the best tasting most nutritious and hometown food and ensure our residents are thriving.Keep things in line with the Department of Public Health and Department of Community Healthregulations always watching out for our residents well-being.Constantly tweak and improve how we care for our residents meals snacks hydration and dining experience.Build strong bonds with our residents their families and the community around us.Cheer on Your Team:Keep our food services team motivated and feeling supported like a big family.Help everyone stay on track with their training and make sure were following all the rules.Make sure everyone feels empowered to do their best and love what they do.Be there for our residents whenever they need you.Lead the Charge:Join our leadership team and keep us all moving forward.Keep an eye on how were doing things and make sure its all tip-top.Safety first! Know all the rules and make sure were sticking to them.Show everyone how its done when it comes to making people feel valued and happy.Weave our nutrition philosophy into everything we do.What We Bring to the Table:Competitive pay with a schedule that lets you enjoy your job your life and have a purposeful role.Enjoy free meals and training to keep growing.We Want You If You Are:Proven experience leading a culinary operation in a senior living or memory care environmentMinimum 4-6 years of experience in a leadership role in long-term care assisted living personal care home or skilled nursingProven track record of providing compassionate and high-quality care to seniorsA communication wiz with top-notch organization and time management skillsExperienced with supervising and mentoring staffA people person with a genuine love for othersTech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite proficiencyFlexible and available to work weekends holidays and some overtimeCompassionate hard-working and ready to join our teamRequired Experience:Director Key Skills CCNP,Children Activity,Corporate Paralegal,Graphic Designing,Advertising,Import & Export Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
