Memory Care Receptionist Part Time at Franciscan Ministries

OverviewPosition SummaryIn this role you will be responsible for answering the telephone and professionally greeting visitors and assisting them with their questions or needs while maintaining the residents rights to confidentiality.This is a Part Time positions getting about 20 hours per week. This does include every other weekend and holidays.Essential Functions Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesAnswer multi-line telephone and transfer calls and messages to appropriate personnel.Monitor the emergency notification system respond immediately and direct help to the scene of the emergency.Assist residents guests and visitors with questions or concerns. Direct marketing appointments and walk-ins and take their information if necessary.Distribute mail and packages to residents and associates. Provide secretarial assistance to Administration as needed. Monitor and prepare visitor sign-in and sign-out logs.Perform other duties as assigned.Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.Position RequirementsEducation: High School Diploma/GEDLicenses/Certifications: N/AExperience: None required; 1 years of customer service or administrative/clerical experience preferredSkills & Abilities: Keen attention to detailExcellent organizational and communication skills#livingjoyfullyMinUSD $17.00/Hr.MaxUSD $19.00/Hr.
