CommonSpirit St. Josephs Children Early Chilhood Education and Adult Sobriety Program is a community health organization located in Albuquerque NM.#LI-CHIJob Summary and ResponsibilitiesThe Program Director is a key leadership role at CommonSpirit St. Josephs Sobriety Program. This position is responsible for overseeing the operational staff fostering relationships within the organization and with external stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Director will play a crucial role in program development clinical supervision budgeting and maintaining service addition the director will have a small caseload of active clients. Office hours are flexible based on client needs.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee licensing and reporting to the relevant agenciesOversee program staff ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.Provide Clinical supervisionDevelop and implement program objectives strategies and evaluation methods to measure effectiveness.Supervise and mentor staff providing ongoing training and support to enhance their professional development.Conduct regular assessments of client needs and program effectiveness making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.Facilitate team meetings to discuss progress challenges and opportunities for improvement within the programs.Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and community engagement.Ensure all documentation is done in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with federal state and local regulatory requirements.Understands Medicaid and Medicare billing and manage reimbursementMaintain accurate records of program activities client progress and staff performance for reporting purposesJob RequirementsRequired Education and ExperienceMasters Degree in Counseling or Social WorkRequired Licensure and CertificationsLCSWRequired Minimum Knowledge Skills Abilities and TrainingWorking Knowledge of the Twelve-Step Program;Experience in Program Development;Experience in a substance use treatment setting as a clinician/provider. For example in an inpatient substance use program or Intensive Outpatient Program IOP or a Medication Assisted Treatment MAT facility;Has a relatable lived or real-life experience with substance use in their lives.Preferred Minimum Knowledge Skills Abilities and Training5 to 10 years of working in Substance & Alcohol AbuseRequired Experience:Director Key Skills Nurse Management,Program Management,Employee Evaluation,Management Experience,Teaching,Curriculum Development,Administrative Experience,Budgeting,Leadership Experience,Program Development,Supervising Experience,Addiction Counseling Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
