- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- 1–2 years of experience in a pediatric and/or family practice setting

- Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred; additional compensation available)
- Experience working with underserved or low-income populations
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Wednesdays: 10 AM–8 PM or 11 AM–8 PM (rotational)
- Other weekdays: Approximately 8:30/9 AM – 6 PM
- 1 Saturday per month rotation (3 hours; no summer Saturdays — flexibility available if unable to work Saturdays)
- ½ day per week dedicated to documentation
Compensation & Benefits
- 4 weeks PTO + 11 holidays
- Annual 5% salary increase
- Annual organization-wide bonus
- 401(k) with 3% automatic employer contribution
- 78% employer-paid health insurance
- $1,200 Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)
- Life and Long-Term Disability insurance
- $50/month parking or transit stipend
Why Join?
This is more than a clinical role — it’s an opportunity to be part of a pioneering, equity-driven model of pediatric healthcare. You’ll work within a truly integrated care team that prioritizes prevention, access, and coordinated support for families who need it most.
