Duties include Ordering preparing administering and documenting the administration of medication for clients according to physicians orders. Confirming delivery of all ordered medication from the pharmacy on shift worked. Communicating pertinent information verbally and in writing to all team members. Responsible for writing a weekly summary on the client as assigned. Monitoring and maintaining appropriate nursing documentation in the medical record for the shift worked. The job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and employees will also perform other reasonably related duties as assigned.Division/Program Overview:The Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) is a short-term voluntary residential facility.Designed to help adult residents ages 18-59 who experience a psychiatric crisis to safely stabilize recover and transition back to community.Services include:24/7 ProgramTherapeutic and mental health servicesRehabilitation/recovery services including substance use rehabilitation servicesPre-vocational or vocational counselingMedication evaluation and support servicesDaily exercise and health/wellness educationCrisis interventionLearn more about SBHG at: Additional Information:In accordance with California law the grade for this position is 26.16 - 41.85. Placement within the grade is determined based on experience internal equity and other factors permitted by law.
