Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role in Oceanside, CA, for a Mental Health Practitioner with an ASW, AMFT, or APCC license. The selected candidate will provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions, support clients dealing with trauma and mental health challenges, and collaborate on treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clinical documentation, engaging with clients in a culturally sensitive manner, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in Social Work and Community Mental Health practices
  • Strong understanding and application of Mental Health Care and Mental Health techniques
  • Education or practical experience in Psychology
  • Current ASW, AMFT, or APCC licensure in the state of California
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create a supportive environment for clients
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including veterans and first responders
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required
