Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Mental Health Professional for the NEXUS Program, providing therapeutic and psychological services to offenders.Administer screening processes for treatment and education suitability.Develop, monitor, and ensure quality standards for programming and referrals.Conduct audits of treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and after-care plans.Collaborate with staff to collect data and prepare reports for leadership and compliance.Facilitate group sessions and individual counseling; provide staff training.Assist in policy development and program evaluation.Maintain documentation, manage time effectively, and adhere to training requirements.Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or Psychology, five years of relevant experience, Montana licensure, and strong communication skills. Preferred experience includes working with offenders and in correctional treatment models. The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and benefits, with a requirement to relocate to Lewistown, MT.
