Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician at Integrated Psychiatry

Valparaiso, IN - Psychiatrist - O/P - $275K + DOE + $25K Sign Bonus- 55 miles SE of Chicago, 55 miles SW of S Bend- Adult Psychiatrist or Child Psychiatrist - All O/P- In Person clinic - NOT Tele-Health- Non Profit - Mental Health & Substance Use treatment- See all Adults or see Adults and Adolescents- 60 min evals, 15 min med mgmt + 1 Hour Admin time daily- Join a large team of 6 Psychiatrists, 9 PMHNP's + large support staff- Work Mon-Friday - 4(10's) or 5(8's) - may be able to work from home 1 or 2 days/week- Weekend call by phone 1:7 from Fri 8 PM - Mon 8 AM - very light after hours call- Optional supervision of PMHNP at $9K/yr per NP (supervise 1 or-2 NP's)- Full Benefits included - use Streamline EMR- $275K (including call) DOE + $25K sign bonus + $15K relo bonus + $ for NP supervision
