As a mental health therapist, you will perform quality, sound, evidenced-based, trauma & attachment - informed treatment, and responsive care to clients seeking services, assessments, consultations, and professional development training.  If you are passionate about helping clients heal and find wellness; we want to hear from you!  Responsibilities Perform intake assessmentsProvide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and childrenCreate individualized treatment plans for each clientUse evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatmentsRecord all documentation in EHR System, adequately and timely, to be consistent with billing requirements and practice policyAdhere to all practice and licensing standardsQualificationsLicensed or Licensed Eligible - must meet residency requirements respective to Board (Counseling or Social Work)Completed or in the process of completing a Master's degree in counseling, social work, human services, or a similar fieldMaintain personal professional liability insurance Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong planning and organization skills
