However we ask that you and other team members be available on an as-needed basis 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This includes periodic responsibilities for after-hours coverage both over the phone and in person.Your day revolves around collaborating with the CN Guidance Youth ACT Team to provide tailored services for youth facing severe emotional challenges and their families. You assess needs create individualized service plans and deliver culturally sensitive treatment. Engaging in assertive case management you offer counseling crisis intervention and psychoeducation meeting clients in their communities or at the office. You maintain case records adhere to regulations and participate in staff training to promote inclusion.
