Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist, located in the Bellingham Metropolitan Area, with flexibility to work both in-office and from home. The Mental Health Therapist will provide therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, focusing on mental health challenges and well-being. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, and coordinating care. The role involves working closely with clients to support their mental health goals and collaborating with other professionals as needed.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mental Health counseling and understanding of casework to support clients' emotional and psychological needs
  • Strong skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management to guide and oversee client progress
  • Experience in Social Work and delivering Family Therapy to address interpersonal dynamics and connect clients with resources
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Licensed or license-eligible as a Mental Health Professional (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) in Washington State
  • Experience with hybrid work environments and maintaining confidentiality
