Role Description

This is a full or part-time on-site Mental Health Therapist role in Methuen, MA. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic support and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapies, coordinating case management services, and working closely with clients to support their mental health and overall well-being. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team may also be required to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management
• Experience in Social Work and Mental Health counseling
• Skills in Family Therapy and supporting relational dynamics
• Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis management skills
• Experience working in healthcare or community mental health settings is a plus
