Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMental Health Worker-Family Based TherapistFull time Bachelor's level opportunity for a Family Based TherapistThe Challenge, in a nutshell:The Mental Health Worker-Family Based Therapist will be part of a two-person Treatment Team that will be trained in and implement the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model to help strengthen relationships in families, improve executive functioning and interrupt negative patterns, and improve communication. The Treatment Team will serve a maximum of eight (8) families in Lancaster County and will provide intensive therapeutic services in settings other than the traditional office environment.
